What the free plan actually includes

The free plan does not expire and never asks for a card. It is capped rather than time-limited, and it is worth being precise about the two caps because they work differently:

  • 10 active orders at a time. This one is a revolving limit. Complete an order and the slot frees up, so a seller who finishes what they start can run on the free plan indefinitely.
  • 40 orders over the account's lifetime. This one does not reset. It counts every order the account has ever created, including deleted ones, and reaching it blocks new orders until you upgrade.
  • The 30 most recent completed orders stay visible in history on the free plan. Older ones are retained, not deleted, and reappear on Pro.

Free is a genuine free plan, not a trial — but it is not an unlimited one, and we would rather say so here than have you find out at order 41.

Monthly or annual

Pro is $9.99/month. The annual plan works out to roughly $115/year — about a 20% saving against paying monthly — and both include the same features and the same 7-day trial.

Billing runs through the App Store or Google Play, which means two things. Your price is shown in your local currency at the rate your store sets, so the figure you see may not be exactly $9.99 converted. And you cancel from your device's own subscription settings rather than from inside WISMO, keeping Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

Pricing questions

How much does WISMO cost?
WISMO has two plans. Free is $0/month forever — up to 10 active orders at a time and 40 orders over the lifetime of the account, with no credit card and no trial expiry. Pro is $9.99/month, or about $115/year on the annual plan (a 20% saving), and includes a 7-day free trial.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it does not expire. It is capped rather than time-limited: 10 active orders at a time and 40 orders over the account’s lifetime. It is not an unlimited free plan, and any description of it as "unlimited free orders" is incorrect.
What happens when I reach the free plan limit?
Creating a new order is blocked until you either complete an existing active order (for the 10-active-order cap) or upgrade to Pro (for the 40-lifetime-order cap). Nothing is deleted and your existing orders and tracking links keep working.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can download WISMO and use the Free plan without entering payment details at all. A card is only needed if you start the Pro trial.
Why does the price look different in my app store?
Both app stores show localised pricing for your market, so the exact figure varies by country. The USD figures on this page are the reference price.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel from your device’s subscription settings at any time. You keep Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Not sure yet?

Start on the free plan. You do not need a card, and you will know within a handful of orders whether the tracking link is something your customers actually use.
