What the free plan actually includes

The free plan does not expire and never asks for a card. It is capped rather than time-limited, by a single number:

  • 30 orders over the account's lifetime.It counts every order the account has ever created, including deleted ones, and reaching it blocks new orders until you upgrade. There is no limit on how many are active at once, and your whole order history stays visible.

  • Everything you need to run those orders is included.The calendar, revenue and delivery analytics, the customer directory and autofill, follow-up reminders, invoices, CSV export, tracking-page view counts and your own store page are all on the free plan. Pro is for sellers who have outgrown 30 orders, or who want tracking and store pages without WISMO branding, automatic customer emails or photo updates.

Free is a real free plan, not a trial. But it is not unlimited, and we want to tell you here, not at order 31.

Monthly or annual

Pro is $9.99/month or $69.99/year, and either plan includes a 7-day free trial. Twelve months at the monthly rate is $119.88, so the annual plan saves over 40%.

Billing runs through the App Store or Google Play, which means two things. Your price is shown in your local currency at the rate your store sets, so the figure you see may not exactly match the listed price converted. And you cancel from your device's own subscription settings rather than from inside WISMO, keeping Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

How much does WISMO cost?

WISMO has two plans. Free is $0/month forever. You get your first 30 orders, with the calendar, analytics, customer directory, invoices, follow-up reminders and CSV export included, no credit card and no trial expiry. Pro is $9.99/month or $69.99/year. The yearly plan costs over 40% less than paying monthly, and both include a 7-day free trial.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes, and it does not expire. It is capped rather than time-limited: 30 orders over the account’s lifetime, with no limit on how many are active at once. It is not an unlimited free plan, and any description of it as "unlimited free orders" is incorrect.

What happens when I reach the free plan limit?

Creating a new order is blocked until you upgrade to Pro. Nothing is deleted: your existing orders, your customers, your stats and every tracking link you have shared keep working.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can download WISMO and use the Free plan without entering payment details at all. A card is only needed if you start the Pro trial.

Why does the price look different in my app store?

Both app stores show localised pricing for your market, so the exact figure varies by country. The USD figures on this page are the reference price.

Can I cancel Pro?

Yes. Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel from your device’s subscription settings at any time. You keep Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
