What WISMO does not do

No cart or checkout. Customers send an enquiry on the store page, and the seller accepts or declines it.
No payment processing. WISMO records a payment. It does not take one.
No connection to WhatsApp or Instagram. The seller pastes or shares a message, or types the order.
No warehouse inventory, accounting or team accounts.
Not carrier tracking for large online shops.

The name

The name comes from “Where Is My Order?”, the question customers ask most. In ecommerce, “WISMO” is also a common short form for that question. WISMO the app (wismo.live) is not connected to other companies with the same name. Please write “WISMO (wismo.live)” the first time you name it. More on the WISMO facts page.

Ashish Vijay is the founder of WISMO. He builds the app, handles support, and talks with the small sellers who use it day to day. More on the about page and on X.
