Order management for clothing boutiques

WISMO keeps a clothing boutique’s orders in one list: what was ordered, in which size and colour, by when, and what has been paid. Your catalogue counts stock as orders come in, pre-orders keep their own status, and every customer gets a tracking link instead of asking “has my dress arrived?”. Why chats and spreadsheets stop working for boutique and clothing sellers

WISMO is built for boutique and clothing sellers who want to stay on top of orders without setting up a complicated online shop.

  • The same dress in four sizes and three colours turns into a dozen DMs, and it is easy to send the wrong size to the wrong person.

  • Pre-orders wait weeks for stock, and customers message every few days to ask whether it has arrived.

  • You sell the last medium in person while someone else is paying for it on Instagram, because the stock count lives in your head.

  • Customers who bought before ask for “the same as last time”, and finding last time means searching old chats.

How clothing boutiques use WISMO

Your steps, in your own words

Name the stages your order goes through. Your customer sees these exact words on their tracking page, not a general “In progress”.

  1. New
  2. Pre-order
  3. Arrived
  4. Packed
  5. Shipped
  6. Completed

Three steps, every order

  1. 1

Add each order with the size, colour and quantity, picked from your catalogue so the stock count goes down as you sell.

  2. 2

Mark pre-orders with their own stage, such as Waiting for Stock, and share the tracking link so customers can see when it moves.

  3. 3

Change the stage to Packed and Shipped, add the courier tracking link, and record the balance or cash on delivery when it is paid.

What you keep with each order

Common questions

Can WISMO track stock by size and colour?

Each catalogue item can track its own stock, so add each size or colour you stock separately (for example “Linen set, M, sage”). Stock goes down when an order is taken, comes back on a cancel or return, and you get an alert when an item runs low.

How do I handle pre-orders?

Name a stage for it. WISMO lets you rename and add the stages between New and Completed, so a boutique can use Pre-order, Waiting for Stock, Arrived, Packed and Shipped. Customers see those exact words on their tracking page.

Can I see what a regular customer bought before?

Yes. The customer directory shows everyone you have sold to, with their order history and total spend, and new orders fill in their details automatically.

Is there an online shop?

WISMO includes a free store page at your-shop.wismo.live where customers browse your catalogue and send an enquiry. There is no checkout: you accept the enquiry and it becomes an order. Many boutiques simply keep selling in DMs and use WISMO for everything after the yes.

How much does WISMO cost?

WISMO is free for your first 30 orders, with no credit card and no time limit. Pro is $9.99/month or $69.99/year for unlimited orders, no WISMO branding, photos on updates and automatic customer emails, and starts with a 7-day free trial. App stores show the price in your local currency.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Only you use the WISMO app. Your customer gets a link they open in any browser, with no app to install and no account to create, and it shows where their order is, your latest updates and what has been paid.
