How to delete your WISMO account

Delete from the app

You can delete your account directly from the WISMO app:

  1. Open the WISMO app
  2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What happens when you delete your account

When you delete your account:

  • Your account is deactivated and you will be signed out immediately
  • Your Firebase authentication is removed, so you can re-register with the same phone number in the future
  • Your orders and tracking pages will no longer be accessible
  • Your push notification tokens are deleted
  • Your account data (profile, orders, order updates) is retained in a deactivated state for record-keeping purposes and is not visible to other users
