Message to order
Your customer sends the order in a chat. Copy the message, open a new order and tap the paste icon at the top. Or share it to WISMO. WISMO reads it and fills in the customer, the items, the price and the due date. You check each field and save. Nothing is saved until you tap the button. Free on every plan, on iPhone and Android.

Sound familiar?
An order arrives over five messages, and the details change halfway through: “make it 3, not 2”.
Typing the same name, phone, item and date into a form takes longer than reading the chat.
So the order stays in the chat, and you find it again by scrolling back on the day it is due.
Instagram does not let you copy a DM out of the app, so even pasting it somewhere is hard.
Message to order
Copy a message or a whole chat from WhatsApp or any app. On a new order, tap the paste icon at the top and paste it into the box. Tap Fill in order, and WISMO reads it. It never reads your clipboard by itself.
For Instagram and other apps, tap the photo icon on a new order and choose a screenshot of the chat. WISMO reads the order from it.
In WhatsApp or your photos, tap Share and choose WISMO. A new order opens with the details already filled in.
It takes details from your customer and from your own replies, and uses the latest one when something changed.
If the phone number or Instagram handle belongs to a customer you already have, WISMO picks them, so you do not get a duplicate.
Items that match your catalogue use your saved price. Anything else becomes a free-text line, and no catalogue item is added.
Every field WISMO filled shows “From text” or “From screenshot” until you change it. It also has a blue outline, so you can see what is filled.
Copy the customer’s message in WhatsApp, or take a screenshot of the chat.
In WISMO, tap + and then the paste icon at the top, and paste into the box. Or tap the photo icon to choose a screenshot, or share the message straight to WISMO.
Check the fields marked “From text” or “From screenshot”, change anything that is wrong, and tap Create order.
No. WISMO only reads a message when you paste it, choose a screenshot, or share it to WISMO. It has no access to your chats, and nothing is read in the background.
No. WISMO fills in the form, and you check it. The order is saved only when you tap Create order. Fields that came from the message are marked so you can check them.
WISMO never converts a price. If the message shows a different currency from yours, the price stays empty and the price from the message goes into your private notes, so you can decide.
WISMO fills in the first order and adds a private note that the message may have more than one order. You can then add the second order yourself.
They are sent to our server and to Anthropic, the AI company we use, only to read the order. WISMO does not store them. Anthropic does not use them to train its models, and may keep them for up to 30 days for safety checks. Only the order you save is kept. Our privacy policy has the details.
If reading fails, WISMO puts the whole pasted message in the order details, so you can fill in the rest by hand. Nothing you pasted is lost.
Not yet. WISMO reads text and screenshots. To speak an order, you can use your keyboard’s microphone in the order form.
